American Roofing and Construction was founded in the Spring of 2008 by Dennis and Mary Ann Beets along with two of their sons, Jeff and Jordan.  Established and headquartered in Ponca City, Oklahoma, Dennis and Mary Ann loved the idea of starting a local, small-town business that would afford the ability to cultivate meaningful bonds with neighbors and the surrounding community.

From the beginning, Dennis and Mary Ann committed to the mission of providing superior workmanship built on the core pillars of honesty, integrity, quality and good ol’ hard work.  No one here is a stranger to Lava™ soap and a nail brush.

Fast forward beyond those humbling first days of only asphalt shingles, our company has grown substantially to foster a diverse portfolio of expertise in numerous commercial roofing systems as well as sheet metal fabrication.
